Organization.-  Union of Spanish Radio Amateurs (URE).


General information: To participate in this contest, you must comply with the specific rules of the contest, as well as the general rules of the 
URE General Contest Regulations https://concursos.ure.es/reglamento-general-concursos-hf/

Participants:  All radio amateurs holding an official license who wish to participate.

SSB Dates  :  Fourth weekend of June (28th and 29th in 2025), from 12:00 UTC on Saturday to 11:59 UTC on Sunday.

Bands:  10, 15, 20, 40, 80, and 160 meters. It is recommended to use the IARU-designated segments for this event . Click here to view the IARU band plan .

Categories.-

1) Single-operator Multiband EA High power (SINGLE-OP ALL HIGH).

2) Multiband Single Operator EA Low Power (SINGLE-OP ALL LOW).

3) EA QRP Multiband Single Operator (SINGLE-OP ALL QRP).

4) EA YOUTH Multiband Single Operator (SINGLE-OP ALL YOUTH).

5) Single-band EA single-operator (SINGLE-10M etc.).

6) Multi-operator Multi-band EA High power (MULTI-MULTI ALL HIGH).

7) Multioperator Multiband EA Low power (MULTI-MULTI ALL LOW).

8) High power DX Multiband Single Operator (SINGLE-OP ALL HIGH).

9) Low power DX Multiband Single Operator (SINGLE-OP ALL LOW).

10) DX QRP Multiband Single Operator (SINGLE-OP ALL QRP).

11) DX YOUTH Multiband Single Operator (SINGLE-OP ALL YOUTH).

12) Single-band DX single operator (SINGLE-10M etc.).

13) Multi-band DX High Power Multioperator (MULTI-MULTI ALL HIGH).

14) Multiband DX Low Power Multioperator (MULTI-MULTI ALL LOW).

GRADES:

a) High power (Maximum legal limit for each country), Low Power (Up to 100w maximum) and QRP (Up to 5w maximum).

b) Clustering is permitted in all categories. Self-advertising, soliciting third parties to advertise for you, covert ads, or any ads from participating stations in the multi-operator category are prohibited, and are grounds for disqualification.

c) In single-operator categories, only one signal is allowed on the air.

d) In the multi-operator category, only one signal per band is permitted. All operators must appear in the log.

e) Only one call sign is permitted to be used throughout the contest.

f) Mono-operator Mono-band stations may make QSOs on other bands, but they may only be eligible for a prize on one band only. The rest of the QSOs will go to CHECKLOG and must be in at least 5 lists to be valid.

g) To participate in the YOUNG category, the maximum age must be 25 years old.

Valid contacts:  Any station in the world can be contacted. Each station can only be contacted once per band.
Single QSOs will not be valid, neither for points nor multipliers. For a QSO to be valid, it must appear in at least two logs.

Interchange:  Spanish stations will use RS(T) plus the provincial acronym. The official SMR station (EF0F/8 this year from the Canary Islands) will use the acronym SMR during the exchange. 
Stations in the rest of the world will use RS(T) plus a serial number starting with 001.

All stations broadcasting from Spanish territory are considered EA stations, regardless of the prefix used. 

Score.-
EA Stations:
QSO between EA stations two (2) points.
QSO with DX stations one (1) point.

DX Stations:
QSO between DX stations one (1) point.
QSO with EA stations three (3) points.

Multipliers:   The multipliers, on each band, regardless of EA and DX stations, will be the following:

– Each Spanish province (52).

– Each entity of the EADX100 except EA, EA6, EA8 and EA9.

– Official SMR station (EF0F/8 this year from the Canary Islands).

Final score.-  Sum of points multiplied by the sum of multipliers of all bands.

Awards:

EA Awards

– Trophy and Paper Diploma for the champions of all categories.

– Paper Diploma for anyone who earns a minimum of 200 valid QSOs in Multiband or 100 valid QSOs in Singleband.

– A downloadable PDF diploma is awarded to anyone who earns at least 100 valid QSOs in Multiband or 50 valid QSOs in Single-band.

– Downloadable PDF diploma from the web for all Multi-Operator station operators.

DX Awards

– Trophy and Paper Diploma for the champions of all categories.

– Paper Diploma to the Champion of each EADX100 entity that achieves a minimum of 200 valid QSOs in Multiband.

– A downloadable PDF diploma is awarded to anyone who earns at least 100 valid QSOs in Multiband or 50 valid QSOs in Single-band.

– Downloadable PDF diploma from the web for all Multi-Operator station operators.

* To be eligible for a paper Trophy or Diploma, at least 200 valid QSOs in Multiband and 100 valid QSOs in Single-band are required, and there must be at least 5 participants in the Multiband category 
and 3 participants in the Single-band category.

– Certificate of participation for all participants, which can be downloaded from the website once the contest has been completed and graded.
