Hannes Coetzee, ZS6BZP, reports that the solar activity is expected to be at low to moderate levels. There is currently a single sunspot region with a simple magnetic configuration visible. Some C-class solar flaring may be produced by this sunspot. If you want to do your own frequency predictions, the expected effective sunspot number for the week will be around twenty two. The 12 to 30 m bands will, especially during the late afternoons, provide some good DX fun. 10 m may also have some pleasant surprises in store.
