This is the RF element of a WELTZ SP-200 SWR & POWER METER.

Obviously it's damaged and I seek your help to repair it!

For starters I'm looking for the schematic diagram in case you have one, because searching

the internet for it I found that it's listed under the alias UNOBTAINIUM.

Any partial info about the rings or the resistors is more than welcome!
