For all subgroups, the number of transitions from range to range is not limited. The participant independently performs all actions related to working on air and maintaining a log. At any given time, a station can only emit one signal. A participant can participate only in one category, but at the same time it is possible to conduct communications on other bands or with another type of modulation outside the standings (check log). The category of the participant must be clearly indicated in the report. Only open DX alert networks are permitted. Self-spotting is prohibited. In observer reports, the call sign may be repeated no more than 5 times within an hour.

Exchange: Participants from Kazakhstan transmit RS(T) and administrative district identifier (KDA). Foreign participants transmit RS(T) and the communication serial number, starting from 001. The numbering of connections is continuous across all ranges.
