I believe in membership of your national Amateur Radio society and like paper QSLs, most incoming QSLs from 35 years H44MS are still in my collection. I am for nearly 50 years member of DARC, which is still running a very efficient exchange bureau handeling my H44MS paper QSLs. Like many DX stations I send QSL only when I receive your QSL. 

postage DL to other countries from 1.Jan.2025 is one single rate:   =1,25 Euro=  for all foreign countries. This postage covers an airmail-letter up to 20 gramms. 2 US-$ covers postage to all countries.

IRCs are =NOT= exchangeable at local postal agency, have to go 15km to next bigger city postal office, so it slows down my response. ONE single IRC is sufficient worldwide, as long it is still valid.

Observing the DX CODE of CONDUCT is a good idea. Usually I am not giving everybody 59, unless contest. Like to get real reports. The given report should be confirmed by my QSO partner. Just shouting: QSL, QSL or roger, roger is not a report confirmation as long you don't mention what given report you are confirm.
