My name is Mwabi.  I am seventeen years old.  I am a new amateur radio operator in Malawi.  I am studying Morse Code.  You will find me on SSB and digital modes at the moment.  Thank you to HacDC Amateur Radio Club of Washington DC for helping me to become a licensed amateur radio operator.  License fees in Malawi are $50 per year.  Donations from the amateur radio community have paid these fees.  Please support "Project Malawi” 

My name is Arnold Chawinga.  I am a new ham radio operator in Malawi.  I am teaching some of the youngsters basic electronics and repair. I am QRV on 6m starting 2 October 2024.

My name is Urgent Jere. I am 17 years old. I passed my Technician exam on June 1, 2024. I am studying for my General Class license. I live in Embangweni, Malawi. I have turned in my US license as part of my application for a 7Q Malawi license. Malawi does not have an exam system for amateur radio. One must come in with a license from another country in order to be issued a 7Q (Malawi) callsign. I am learning CW from the Morse Mania Android APP.

I am Abraham Moyo. I was introduced to amateur radio by Don Jones 7Q6M. I live in the village of Embangweni, Malawi. In order for me to get an amateur radio license in Malawi, I had to get a license from another country. Malawi does not have an exam for radio amateurs. I have applied for a 7Q (Malawi) license. It should be issued soon. I look forward to talking to you on the air. I am learning CW as well.
